Some people look at the plates we serve on and judge a book by its cover- hey even my Mum wasn’t sure. But these items have ensured that we survived through a pretty tough time (I promised not to use the c-word) and in fact have allowed us to embrace our style of food by the beach. We call it Beach Food. Catchy.

These products are all bio degradable and here’s the kicker - we use less water, less electricity and less chemicals. It also means you have the flexibility to take your food for a picnic on the beach.

Because of our position so close to the sea we want to ensure we reduce our impact and we are always looking at new products. Right now we are testing wheat plates made byproduct material from the flour industry. The glass bottles we use for our sodas can be reused and the aluminium cans we collect and recycle.

Trust us, it doesn’t have to be ceramic to be good food.
